What you want:
2 cups cherry tomatoes
10 cloves garlic
½ cup hummus
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 (16-ounce) field of pasta, cooked to package deal instructions
What you do:
- Preheat oven to 375 levels. To a baking sheet or cast-iron pan, add tomatoes, garlic, hummus, and olive oil.
- Bake 45 to 55 minutes or till tomatoes are blistered and mushy. Toss with cooked pasta, and serve.
