Vegan Tacky Roasted Garlic Bread

Nutty parmesan, melty mozzarella, and buttery garlic bread mix to make the last word consolation meals. Serve this wonderful loaf from Vegan Pasta Evening cookbook together with your favourite pasta dish for a perfected Italian dinner evening. 

What you want:

1 cup vegan butter, room temperature
2 heads roasted garlic
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon chopped recent parsley
3 tablespoons grated vegan parmesan
1 loaf of rustic Italian bread, sliced in half lengthwise
½ cup recent vegan mozzarella, sliced

What you do:

  1. Preheat oven to 450 levels.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine butter, roasted garlic, minced garlic, garlic powder, salt, parsley, and parmesan.
  3. Onto every half of bread, generously unfold garlic butter combination. Onto a baking sheet, place bread, butter-side up. High bread with slices of recent vegan mozzarella.
  4. Place on center shelf of oven and bake for 10 minutes, after which broil for 1 to 2 minutes till golden on high.
